August 19, 2025The Illinois Tech Alumni E-Newsletter is sent to Mies Campus alumni on the fourth Wednesday of every month. Each newsletter features university news, campus partner updates, and opportunities for alumni to connect and engage with the university community. Submit your news or events using the monthly newsletter submission form. Submissions are due by the 15th of each month for consideration. -
Apply to Join the Campus Judicial Board
August 19, 2025Calling all students, faculty, and staff! The Office of Community Standards is looking for you to participate in the Campus Judicial Board. The Campus Judicial Board is comprised entirely of members of the Illinois Tech community. The board meets approximately once a month to adjudicate student high-level disciplinary cases regarding alleged violations of the Illinois Tech Code of Conduct and is advised by the Student Affairs Cares Team. -

July 29, 2025All Illinois Tech undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students (including incoming students) who have done research, IPROs, and other professional project work during the last year are invited to present their work at the Illinois Tech Welcome Week Student Project Showcase from 2–4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in the Hermann Hall Expo Center. The showcase celebrates the excellent work conducted by Illinois Tech students and introduces new students to our research community, and highlights opportunities to get involved themselves. -
Catering Update from Illinois Tech Dining
July 8, 2025Illinois Tech Dining, operated by Chartwells Higher Education, has announced a leadership transition in its catering department. Racquel Pett, who has served as the university’s Catering Director, has recently accepted a new position outside of the company. Illinois Tech Dining extends sincere appreciation to Racquel for her contributions and dedication to enhancing campus events and hospitality services.
